Both FACS Standard and FACS Pro include the same core document management and payment functionality of the FACS Platform.

The primary difference is the level of configuration, flexibility, and additional functionality included with Pro.

FACS Standard is a good fit for organizations that need the core FACS functionality and can work within the Platform’s standard document layouts and workflows. 

FACS Pro includes everything in Standard, plus additional capabilities such as:

  • An integrated File Cabinet for storing and organizing project files
  • Additional free user roles
  • The ability to customize document layouts and workflows
  • Greater flexibility to configure how the Platform looks and operates to meet your organization’s specific requirements
  •  A dedicated Account Manager who learns how your team operates and provides expert guidance to help ensure you realize maximum value from the FACS Platform 

If your organization primarily needs FACS’s standard document and payment features, FACS Standard may be the right fit. If you need a Platform configured around your specific processes, document formats, and workflows—or want access to the File Cabinet and additional free user roles—FACS Pro is the better option.
