How to add FACS to my Safe Sender list

FACS' automated emails often contain buttons that are provided as images. Some email providers security permissions hide these images until the sender's email address is added as a Trusted Sender.

If you see a message like "Click here to download pictures" or "Some content in this message has been blocked to help protect your privacy," follow these steps:

In Outlook:

  1. Open the email.

  2. At the top of the message, click "Click here to download pictures." or "Trust sender"

  3. If this doesn't work, see how to add the sender to your Safe Sender list below.

In Gmail:

  1. Open the email.

  2. At the top, you may see a message saying "Images are not displayed."

  3. Click "Display images below".

  4. Click "Always display images from no-reply@facsware.com" to trust this sender going forward.

In Apple Mail:

  1. Open the email.

  2. If images are blocked, you’ll see a button labeled "Load Remote Content" — click it.

  3. To always trust the sender, go to Mail > Preferences > Viewing, and check "Load remote content in messages."
