How to add Users to an Entry

Use the Address section to grant Users access to a specific entry.

 

 

The Address section can be used to grant Read and/or Write permissions to specific users on a single entry. If configured, the Address section can automatically populate with a list of users each time a new entry is created.

Number Description
1 Edit Selection. Allows for additional users who have access to the project to be associated with this entry. This association typically provides these users with additional Read and/or Write access to this entry.

 

Number Description
1 Select the additional Users by clicking on their name.
2 Select 'Notify Recipients' to send an email notification to users alerting them they have access to this entry.
3 Select. Once all the additional Users have been added click Select to add these Users to the Entry.
