Document Entries can be exported from the system in PDF format from both the Log Page and within the Entry.
To print an entry, first it needs to be exported from the system. Exported entries are delivered in PDF format and can be requested from both the Log Page and from within an Entry.
Log Page Export
Entries can be exported as a PDF from the log page be selecting one, or multiple, rows and then opening the 'more' menu located on the right side of the action buttons. Select the Export option to initiate an export of the selected row(s).
Exporting a single entry will open the entry in a new tab within your browser.
NOTE: Depending on the amount of data within the selected Entry(s) it could take several seconds for the pdf file to be generated.
If multiple entries were selected, the system will deliver the pdf files via email. An informational message will alert you that the process has started, an example of this message is seen here.
Once the pdf files are ready, the system will send an email that includes an option to download the files.
Entry Export
Within a Published entry, the Export option is located under the same 'more' button located in the top right part of the page.
NOTE: An entry must be Published to allow for exporting.
