# How to run a Report

## Double click a report to run with the default configuration or select the desired report and click 'Configure'.

 

### Report Log Page

Double clicking a report will automatically run the report. To run a report with criterial other then the default setting, click the Configure button to open the Report Configuration Flyout.

**TIP:** The default criteria used to generate reports is 'This month' (which includes all data from entries created within the current calendar month) and 'all' other selection criteria options.

 

### Report View

Once the report compiles the system will display the Report View page where the results of the report can be seen. On this page Users can:

- Perform some minor additional refinements by clicking within the header row of the report
- Export the report using the Export options at the top of the page
- Update the data in the report by using the Configure button at the top of the page

It may be necessary to scroll left and right to see all the information the report has to provide.

If there is no data found that meets the reports selection criteria, the report will present the above page. Update the report's Configuration values and run the report again to secure more results.
