How to use the Knowledge Base Chat

Chat live with a FACS support team member using the chat feature within the Knowledge Base.

 

 

 

 

Click the chat icon in the lower right corner to initiate a chat session.

 

 

Number Description
1 The left arrow will open all historic chat conversations. This is helpful if a link or specific information was shared in a previous session.
2 When talking with a support team member, not all questions can be easily answered via chat. Within the chat window you can schedule a one-on-one training sessions with the team member you're talking with at a time that works for you.
3 The chat log shows the ongoing conversation with a time stamp of when each reply occurred.
4 Enter any text you want to share with the support rep in the field at the bottom of the chat window.
5 Files can be shared within the chat using the paperclip icon. To send a message press the keyboard Enter key, or click on the paper airplane icon.
6 Closes this chat session out.
