# How to view a Product Tour

## The Platform includes short, interactive product tours that walk you through key areas of the system. A tour starts automatically the first time you visit a page it covers. Each tour takes about a minute, and you can close it at any time.

If you closed a tour early, or just want a refresher, you can replay some of the tours below whenever you like. 

### **Replaying a Tour**

1. **Make sure you’re signed in** to the Platform.
2. **Click Start tour** next to the tour you want in the table below.
3. The Platform opens to the right page and the tour begins.

**NOTE:** The **Account Users, Document Library** and **List Library** tours are available to Account Administrators only.

### **Moving Through a Tour**

- Click **Next** or **Back** to move between steps.
- Some steps ask you to click a button on the page, such as **Add** or **Settings**, to continue.
- Click the **X** in the corner to close a tour at any time. You can restart it from this page later.

### **Tours Inside Your Projects**

Tours also cover pages inside a project, such as Logs, Entries, Reports, the File Cabinet and Project Settings. These start automatically the first time you open each page in a project.

### **Why This Matters**

Tours are the quickest way to learn where things are and how they work, right where you use them. If a page looks unfamiliar after an update, replaying its tour is a good first step before contacting Support.
