Click the Forgot Password link on the Login page to start the password reset process.
Click the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the Login page to start the Password reset process.
Enter your email address and portal name and then click Request Reset Link.
IMPORTANT: E-Mail Address is case sensitive. Ensure to enter the correct case values when entering your associated E-Mail Address.
The system will confirm an e-mail has been sent if a valid email address and portal value are entered.
Click the 'Reset Password' link in the email provided. Please ensure to check your Spam, Clutter or Junk folder.
To complete the password reset, enter your new password twice and click Reset. You can now log into the FACS Platform with your new password.
