File Cabinet & Reference Management

• Folder-First Sorting in Reference Pickers: The "Add Existing" File Cabinet modal within document entry reference lists now mirrors the main File Cabinet layout, displaying folders alphabetically at the top followed by individual files below.
• Reference List Configuration Flexibility: Standardized the File Reference edit dialog to strictly respect template library switches, ensuring optional Description fields do not block saves.
• Archived Value Filtering in Reference Menus: Selection menus within the File Reference section now hide archived catalog options to keep selection menus relevant and uncluttered.
• Custom PDF Non-Image & Multi-Page Layouts: Restored full rendering support for non-image file references across single, bulk, and project custom PDF exports, and eliminated duplicate page generation on multi-image custom reports.

• Optimized Initial Sync & Data Download: Implemented lightweight summary payloads and safe cursor pagination on the backend to dramatically reduce initial project download sizes and speed up mobile sync times.
• Offline Reference Publishing: Resolved an issue where entries created offline with camera-captured photo attachments encountered errors when publishing after reconnecting to cellular or Wi-Fi networks.
• Dynamic Inspection Checklists: Fixed mobile item flyouts so that selecting items without predefined template rules provides access to all available project inspection checklists.
• Flyout Validation Messaging: Enhanced validation feedback on required fields within mobile dialogs to ensure clear user guidance prior to submission.

Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements

• Local Timezone Date Defaults: Updated default date evaluation so duplicated entries and new daily records consistently reflect the account's local operating timezone rather than UTC midnight boundaries.
• Isolated Bulk Export Architecture: Migrated log-page bulk exports to dedicated background worker execution, ensuring large PDF generation jobs complete reliably without browser timeouts.
• Submittal Specification Sorting & Exports: Corrected specification section data alignment and full-dataset column sorting across submittal log pages and spreadsheet exports.
• Environment Tagging & Telemetry: Added release tag propagation across cloud build pipelines to enhance diagnostic logging and error monitoring.
