1. High-Performance Project Export & Rendering Engine

To support large projects with thousands of document entries and heavy file attachments, we implemented an upgraded hybrid export and rendering architecture designed for speed and reliability.

• Intelligent Document Caching: Rendered PDF documents are now deterministically cached and version-tracked, enabling near-instantaneous subsequent export generation when source data has not changed.
• In-Job Document De-duplication: Export packages intelligently deduplicate shared attachments and repeated document templates to drastically reduce download file sizes and processing overhead.
• Render Concurrency & Stability Guardrails: Added automated concurrency limits and background render fallback policies to ensure bulk export jobs complete reliably without timeouts.

2. Document Entry & Workflow Enhancements

• Next & Previous Entry Navigation: Restored the Next and Previous navigation buttons within Document Entry views, allowing field inspectors and reviewers to cycle through consecutive project entries without returning to the log page.
• Locked Workflow Status Actions: Resolved an issue where action buttons were prematurely disabled when reviewing entries in specific workflow transition states.
• Default Value Protection on Existing Entries: Updating default field values in the Document Library now applies only to newly created entries, preventing unintended value overrides on historical records.
• Catalog Field Default Value Enforcement: Enhanced Catalog fields in template configurations to reliably enforce default value selections during new entry creation.
• List Deletion Safeguards: Prevented the accidental deletion of list item values that are currently linked to active document entries.
• Prefilled List Value Display: The View flyout for prefilled lists now properly renders human-readable display values instead of internal system IDs.

 UI & Usability Enhancements

• Offline Entry Publishing with References: Fixed an issue in the iOS mobile app where entries created offline with attached file references failed to publish upon reconnecting to network coverage.
• General Mobile Regression Fixes: Addressed minor mobile styling, navigation, and sync issues across the iOS client.
• User Management Flyout Pagination: Fixed pagination controls within the Add User flyout in Project Settings for accounts with large user rosters.
• Account User Selection Logic: Improved user multi-select and deselect interactions in Account Settings.
• Standardized Log View Height: Unified viewport scrolling and table heights across Project and Account Settings log pages for a consistent browsing experience.
• Button Styling Polish: Corrected styling and hover contrast states for secondary action buttons across the web application.
• Session & Security Fixes: Resolved duplicate browser session token conflicts and addressed temporary profile photo link expiration states.

Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements

• Wall-Clock Time Normalization: Standardized the internal storage of business dates, times, and timestamps across the platform to ensure field entry dates remain consistent regardless of the viewing user's local timezone.

• Payment Entry Date Timezone Fix: Resolved an offset defect where payment period cut-off dates could shift by one day depending on regional browser timezone configurations.
• Log Export Date/Time Formatting: Standardized the display format of date and time columns across all Excel and CSV log page exports.

• Search Performance & Context Fields: Resolved query timeouts and network error alerts on global search, and corrected context field display rendering in search results.
