What's new in Release Version 1.18.0

This release introduces Project Grouping to streamline multi-project and program-level management, enhances PDF export rendering and download speeds, improves File Cabinet workflows, and delivers numerous quality-of-life improvements across document and list management.

 Key Highlights & New Features

Project Grouping & Program Rollups

Manage multi-project initiatives, client programs, and regional groupings with ease—without changing your existing project hierarchies.

  • Organized Navigation: Projects in the top navigation dropdown can now be organized under custom Project Group subheaders for faster navigation.

  • Group Dashboards & Scoped Search: View rollups and filter logs, dashboards, and search results by specific Project Groups.

  • Seamless Project Setup: Assign projects to groups directly from Project Settings or during the Project Creation Wizard.

Enhancements & Workflow Improvements

Exports & Reporting

  • Direct Report Downloads: Single report exports now download immediately in your browser—no waiting for email delivery.

  • Crisp Checklist PDF Rendering: Exported PDFs now display clean visual checkmarks (✓) and dashes (--) on checklists and single-checkbox fields for clearer print and digital presentation.

  • Document Export Permissions: Enforced privacy and comment permission settings on PDF document exports.

File Cabinet & Document Entries

  • Duplicate File Handling: Added a "Skip all duplicate files" option when moving files or folders within the File Cabinet.

  • Streamlined Bulk Actions: Bulk Edit on Document Log pages now supports workflow transitions directly from locked status states for authorized roles.

  • Extended Remarks Support: Added support for larger multi-line text entries in document remarks sections without file size warnings.

List & Field Management

  • List Library Cleanups: Inactive and archived projects are now automatically hidden from List Library assignment menus.

  • Enhanced Pricing & Cost Adjustments: Improved standard period index lists to support automated fuel and asphalt price adjustment reporting.

  • Formula Field Enhancements: Added automated calculations (such as Pay Item Authorized Amounts) directly into standard list views.

Notifications & Formatting

  • Standardized Email Sender: Platform emails are now consistently delivered from FACS Platform.

  • History Decimal Precision: Number and formula fields in Document Entry History tables now consistently display exact decimal formatting and rounding.

Bug Fixes & Stability

  • Digital Signatures: Resolved an issue where signatures could briefly disappear during status transitions and added clear notification prompts if an entry has already been signed.

  • Project Context Retention: Fixed navigation transitions between List entries and Document log pages to ensure your active project context remains selected.

  • Duplicating Entries: Resolved an issue where duplicating entries containing empty prefilled tables could cause a submission error.

  • Login Session Persistence: Restored the "Remember me" option on the login screen.

  • UI Polish: Addressed minor button alignment, field ordering, and loading indicator issues across document logs and list setups.
