[**Table – Relationship Fields & Cross-Document Workflows**](https://support.facsware.com/knowledge/how-to-create-a-relationship-table?hsLang=en) - **In-Entry Linked Tables:** Introducing a dynamic new field type, **Table - Relationship**, allowing Document Templates to connect to related source entries based on matching dates and optional catalog connectors (such as embedding all Daily Reports directly into a parent Daily Summary). - **Relationship Entry Viewer:** Added a dedicated modal viewer allowing users to inspect full PDF versions of linked entries without leaving the parent document, complete with previous/next entry navigation and comment access. - **Interactive & Bulk Actions:** Users can perform workflow status transitions (individually or in bulk) and add comments directly to related child entries from the parent document view. - **Export to PDF Integration:** Parent entries exported to PDF seamlessly include point-in-time snapshots of all matching related rows. - **Automatically added to Daily Summary:** For accounts using FACS' Daily Summary document template, the Daily Report entries will now automatically roll up into the Daily Summary for the same date. - **Inline User Tagging:** Type `@` in comment composers to search and mention project contributors directly. - **Mention Email Notifications:** Tagged users receive formatted email notifications detailing the document, project, and comment context. - **Notification Preferences:** Added a new *"Someone mentions you"* preference toggle under User Settings so team members can control email delivery. - **File Cabinet Attachments in Comments** - Pro Account users can now attach existing files directly from their File Cabinet into document comments alongside standard file uploads, supporting inline image previews and downloadable file links. - **Contributor "Last Viewed" Tracking** - Enhanced the Contributor card hover to provide visibility into whether invited contributors have viewed an entry and the exact timestamp of their most recent view. --- ### Enhancements & Workflow Improvements - **Payment Integrity & Approval Safeguards** - **Net-Negative Approval Validation:** Added automated approval validations preventing Payment Entries from completing if an item contains a net-negative recorded quantity or a Material Stockpile reduction exceeding previous payments, protecting cross-period reconciliations. - **Pay Item Input Constraints:** Pay Item list configuration fields (e.g., Bid quantity, Authorized quantity, Unit Price, Retainage, and Adjustment factors) now prevent accidental negative values. - **Document Log Page Bulk Editing** - Restored full multi-field bulk editing capabilities across Document Template log pages, enabling batch updates for Assignee, Date/Time, Catalog, Number, Text, and Status fields. - **File Cabinet Experience & Customization** - Added the standard **More** menu to the File Cabinet, bringing column visibility management, column width persistence, and export options. - Refined button styling and hover interactions to match standard document log pages. - **Historical List Value Modification Warnings** - Added a confirmation dialog when editing or bulk editing list values that are already referenced in published entries, warning administrators before changes affect historical records. - **Account & Billing Operations** - **Deletion Safeguards:** Account deletion now validates for open or past-due invoices prior to confirmation to prevent billing discrepancies. - **Cancellation Messaging:** Improved messaging on the Account Creation screen when an invitation has been canceled by the administrator. - **User Administration Layout:** Polished the Add, Edit, and Bulk Edit user flyouts in Account Settings with standard button alignment and field ordering.   --- ### Bug Fixes & Stability - **Catalog Required Field Validation:** Fixed an issue where required Catalog fields (Single/Multi Checkboxes, Radio buttons, and Multi-Select menus) failed validation or prevented entries from publishing once values were supplied. - **Report Currency Formatting:** Resolved an issue where summary and total rows in the Material Stockpile Usage, Fuel Adjustment, and Asphalt Adjustment reports displayed four decimal places, restoring standard 2-decimal currency formatting. - **Dashboard Navigation Filters:** Fixed the *"Open Entries Assigned to Me"* dashboard widget link so navigating to a document log page correctly applies the logged-in user filter on initial click. - **Admin Account Deduplication:** Resolved an issue where duplicate administrator user records appeared temporarily during initial account creation prior to invite acceptance. -
