Highlights & Major New Features

• Customizable Standard Reference Lists:
  • Re-architected File References across all Document Templates to use a standardized, configurable Reference List managed directly within the List Library.
  • Account Administrators can now customize the metadata captured when team members upload files or photos (such as Pay Item, Locations, Photo Shot By, Custom Notes, and Date).
  • Configured reference fields dynamically populate the document entry file table, the reference upload flyout, and all standard and custom PDF exports.
• Direct Document Entry Navigation:
  • Added Next and Previous navigation buttons to the document entry view header menu.
  • Reviewers and approvers can now seamlessly cycle through consecutive records directly from within an open document entry based on their active log page filters, sorting preferences, and permissions without returning to the main log page.
    
    

 Enhancements & Safeguards

• Report Loading & Configuration Optimization:
  • Optimized the Report Configuration flyout for faster opening and responsive filtering.
  • Added immediate data-processing loading indicators when generating reports to provide clear visual feedback while queries compile, replacing premature empty-state screens.
• List Display Field Enforcement in Reports:
  • Standard report configuration dropdowns and report views now strictly respect the "Display Field" visibility switches from the List Library, hiding internal database identifiers, export metadata, and unneeded checklist fields.
  • Default Creator filters in report configurations now default to including all creators and reliably persist filter selections between sessions.
• Custom PDF Layout & Section Polish:
  • Updated custom PDF exports to include standard account and project branding headers and page footers.
  • Document templates configured with custom export layouts now automatically hide section headers when all nested fields within that section are omitted or hidden.
• Automated Image File Renaming:
  • Implemented an automated file renaming engine for uploaded project photos, standardizing image file names based on capture date, location, activity ID, inspector initials, and field descriptions.
    
    

Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements

• Restored Core Report Columns: Resolved an issue across Payment, Item Details, and customized payment reports where key columns (including Authorized Quantity, Section Number, Section Description, and Original Cost) were temporarily hidden.
• Clean Text in Spreadsheet Exports: Stripped raw HTML and rich-text markup tags from multiline text fields during Excel report exports, delivering clean, readable text.

• List Import Wizard Navigation: Removed the false-positive unsaved changes warning dialog that appeared when progressing from the file upload step to the column mapping step in the Import Wizard.
• Field Mapping Formats: Standardized input handling for single-time and checkbox fields during spreadsheet imports.
• Pay Item Field Configuration: Fixed an issue where dragging and dropping existing catalog fields into new document templates dropped their source list connection.
• Checklist Question Ordering: Standardized checklist question sorting across historical entries to ensure questions display in true sequential numerical order.
• File Reference Timezone Alignment: Resolved a timezone offset defect where date values entered in the File Reference flyout could display as the previous calendar day upon saving.
• Mobile Upload & Sync Reliability: Updated backend presigned file upload endpoints to support
