This article will walk you through the components of running a Fuel Report.
NOTE: Due to the configurable nature of the FACS Platform, the specific name of some Labels or Field Names may differ from this example and your portal.
The Fuel Report can be generated by first accessing your project, followed by opening the project Reports Page:

2 | Click the Reports button |
3 | Once the report Page has opened, select Item Detail |

1 | Pay Estimate period selection |
2 | Status of IDR (Select All, some, or leave without selection, which will default to everything) |
3 | Click Compile Report |
Once the report compiles, you can view the report within FACS:

1 | Pay Period | Displays the Pay Estimate of this report from Data --> Payment Settings --> Pay Estimate |
2 | Portal Name | Name of the Client Portal |
3 | Construction Start Date | Displays the Construction Start Date from Project Information |
4 | Project Name | Project Name |
5 | Estimated Completion Date | Displays the Estimated Completion Date from Project Information |
6 | Project Number | Displays the Project Number from Project Information |
7 | Report Name | Name of the Report |
8 | Item No | Displays the Item No |
9 | Item Description | Displays the Description of the Item |
10 | Unit Code | Displays the Seq. Number |
11 | Unit of Measure | Items Unit of Measure |
12 | Adjustment Factor | Adjustment Factor associated with Item in Item Factor Data Set |
13 | Base Fuel Price | Base Fuel Price value associated with Item in Item Factor Data Set |
14 | Period Fuel Price | Fuel Index Price as supplied by State of New York, and loaded in to FACS Data Set |
15 | IDR Quantity | SUM of Item quantity entered in IDRs for the item within the Pay Period selected |
16 | Dollar Adjustment |
Dollar value of adjustment for items with a Fuel Factor used within the period Calculation = ((“Period Fuel Price “-“Base Fuel Price”)*” IDR Quantity “*”Adjustment Factor”) |
17 | Total Dollar Adjustment | SUM of all Dollar Adjustments |
18 | Page Number | Displays page n of n |
19 | Date Generated | Displays the date the report was run in FACS |
Once your Fuel Report has been displayed, it can be downloaded in the following formats:
- CSV
- Excel

2 | Select Paginated or not (Paginated is recommended for PDF, but not recommended for csv or Excel) |
3 | Click to download the compiled report in the selected format |
